Defective products are replaced within 30 days of delivery. When you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediatly
KEEP all original packages and shipping box/envelope for 30 days after delivery. When you request a replacement, we will ask you to provide us with photos of all packaging material and defective items.
When a product is damaged during shipping, we suggest that you also contact the shipping services.
DO NOT send defective merchandise before contacting us. You must use the customer service system to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) before requesting a replacement. All defective merchandise must be returned to our supplier.
Contact us for details about return cost refunds. After 30 days from dellivery, the return cost of merchandise is the sole responsability of the customer.
Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturers. Contact the manufacturer if you need replacement or repair of a defective product still under warranty.
