Ordering process details

• Once your order is placed, the availability and price of items in your order is verified with our suppliers
   
• If an item is not available or if the price has changed you will receive a refund for that item
   
• It could take a few days for all the items to be ready for shipping (3~14 days)
   
• Some popular items require longer shipping time (2~4 weeks)
   
• Your order could be divided into multiple shipments if some items take longer to ship
   
• It generally takes 2 to 5 weeks after shipping for your order to arrive (Hongkong Post or China Post international shipping)
   
• You must keep all packages and shipping material for 30 days after you received you order
