How long does it takes to receive my order?
	Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Once our order has been verified, the time required for shipping depends on the availability of items ordered. It can take from 3 to 15 days for your order to get shipped. After its shipped it can take from 2 to 5 weeks for the postal service to deliver your package.

There are missing items in my order
	Some items or high demand items require more time for shipping. When your order is processed, if some of the items are not available we will ship the available items to you immediatly. A second delivery will be made as soon as the other items are available. http://www.supergadgets.ca/e/track.asp

Do you ship world wide?
	Yes, we ship worldwide except China and Hongkong.
How much does shipping cost?
	Shipping is always free!

I didn't receive the email containing the validation code
	We do not require validation of your email address anymore. Your account becomes active as soon as you complete the registration form.
I do not receive SuperGadgets.ca emails
	Make sure that emails sent by supergadgets.ca are not deleted from your email inbox by your spam filter. Also, check the spam folder of your email account to see if you can find the supergadgets.ca emails there.
I receive SuperGadgets emails in french
	Non-members: If you are not a member and want to receive the newsletter in english. Unsubscribe and subscribe again from the English version of the newsletter page (or Home page).
